It is good to be political and national leader and to take office and work hard for it. I have seen that it is better to be able to leave it and enjoy the company of the sages of our land and to help them to speak to men and women again.
Everyone is related to the Supreme Personality of Godhead, just as a son is always related to his father. That relationship cannot be broken at any stage. But sometimes it happens that the son, out of independence, goes out of his home and forgets his father.
It is a scientific fact. Our science is perfect, because we are receiving knowledge from the perfect source, Krsna. And modern so-called science is imperfect, because the scientists’ knowledge is received from imperfect sources.
There is not only an infinite number of habitable planets within the universe but there is also an infinite number of universes. And these universes are floating on and are produced of the Brahman effulgence emanating from the transcendental body of Govinda, Lord Sri Krishna.
Arjuna said, Oh Krishna, you have said about renunciation of works, and again you are putting in doubt about works without attachment. Please let me know certainly as to which of these two is better.
The Theosophist knows, by his knowledge of the pattern, that men have not come together to form communities because of greed or for the purpose of self-protection; but that they have together primarily because they are to be mutually helpful.

The Theosophist believes in a Personalised Consciousness or a Directing Will behind the operation of the universal activity. This conclusion is logical as we see in every field of our activities. Nothing in the world is possible to perform without a directing Will.
The Black-marketeers are almost in all cases rich merchants, millionaires, landlords etc. It would not have been possible for them to hoard such huge quantity of clothes and foodgrains if they would not have possessed extra wealth to do the mischief.
The crissises that we are now confronted with, are all man made creations. It is mistake to adduce the responsibility of such undesired crissises to Almighty God. He does not create any one’s action good or bad nor does He induce any such entity to enjoy the results of such actions.

The Abode of Krishna is the land of touchstone, of which the houses are built, shaded by desire trees. The Lord is engaged there in herding the surabhi cows, and is always served and surrounded by thousands of Goddesses of Fortune, who wait upon Him with all respect.
The desire to go to other planets which has now become prominent is natural because the living being has the right to go to any part of the material or spiritual skies, full as they are with unlimited globes of varied qualities. One can best fulfill his desire by the process of Yoga.
Lord Krsna is explaining here how one can very easily enter into the spiritual world, the kingdom of God. The simple formula is that anyone who perfectly understands the transcendental appearance and activities of the Lord can enter into the spiritual kingdom after death.
The atheist says there is no God, no operator of this big universal machine. But has the atheist any experience of a machine working without an operator?
The great mistake of modern civilization is to encroach upon other’s property as though it were one’s own, and to thereby create an unnecessary disturbance of the Laws of Nature. These laws are very strong. No living entity can violate them.
Because people have forgotten Krsna, the reservoir of pleasure, they’re trying to find pleasure in things other than Krsna. Therefore they are becoming frustrated. They do not know that unless they come to Krsna consciousness, they will find no real pleasure.
As a sleeping person acts according to the body manifested in his and accepts it to be himself, so one identifies with his present body, which he acquired because of his past religious or irreligious actions, and is unable to know his past or future lives.
Human life is meant for cultivating God consciousness. But in the modern so-called advanced civilization, instead of cultivating God consciousness people are cultivating nudity. Isn’t it so? So nature will punish them.
The aim of human life is to achieve self-realization and reestablish our lost relationship with the Supreme Personality of Godhead. That relationship is the missing point in today’s society.
